The TAV5812-2 slewing flange allows the servo cylinder to be installed in different positions in the coupling head.
The servo cylinder can also be installed vertically or horizontally as illustrated in the figure.
Can be installed either on the right or left side of the coupling head. Includes necessary bolts.
Installation:
Install the intermediate flange on the mechanism side so
that the inner ring collar leans tightly against the mechanism control housing.
The intermediate flange is attached using two mounting bolts to the mechanism’s cast frame.
The servo cylinder is installed on the crank axle of the mechanism and attached to the intermediate flange using two mounting bolts.
Remember to thoroughly grease the bolts upon installation.
